here is a cool hint. Buy the cheapest parts and stronger Mechanics and do that more times. Then buy all the strongest parts (except the cowling it does not have stats) and do it a couple of times then buy Diego the rider and some parts for a weak bike and the 1000 bike rider.I did it and i have much money!
